Your roles & responsibilities 💪

Do you have experience in digital PR and account management? As Digital PR Manager, your roles will include driving our unique ‘pay per link’ PR model, crafting engaging press releases, securing top publication links, and managing client communications across PR and link building. In short, you’ll be responsible for nurturing the growth of our PR department. Read on to discover your main roles and responsibilities.

📰   Lead our new PR model

Our unique ‘pay per link’ PR model has gone down incredibly well. This risk-free approach means that our clients only pay for the links we land. We’re looking to bring our expertise in-house and excel in this approach.

😃  Keep clients happy

Alongside landing publication links, we need someone to keep our clients in the loop with all link building and PR activity. Working with our Head of Client Services, Lee, you’ll be keeping a smile on our clients faces.

🌻  Grow the department

We’re only just getting started! We’re looking to scale our PR department. You’ll work alongside our Operations Manager to grow the department, building an expert community and developing new processes.

  • Land publication links to meet client monthly quotas
  • Collaborate with our content manager to craft compelling pieces
  • Handle daily communications for PR & link-related clients
  • Plan and scale the PR department with our Operations Manager
  • Track monthly links landed in client progress sheets
  • Build and nurture relationships with journalists
  • Analyse campaign performance and insights for client reporting
  • Assist the team in PR-related enquiries & proposals
  • Regularly work on cross and upselling opportunities for clients
  • Attend PR events and training to maintain industry expertise

Skills & experience 🤓

  • Prior experience in a marketing role or agency
  • Ambition and passion for digital PR
  • Familiarity with digital PR and link-building techniques
  • Exceptional client-facing ability and a strong communicator
  • Demonstrated ability to organise and grow a department
  • Remarkable written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of how PR can impact SEO strategies
  • Proficiency in Google sheets & slides and other relevant tools
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools
